The Knights of St. Columba

The Knights of St. Columba is an order of Catholic men whose motto is Charity – Unity and Fraternity. As we celebrate our 100th Anniversary, we champion FAITH – FAMILY – FRATERNITY which highlight the catholic faith, the family life and fraternal support.

Our prime local function is the support of our parishes and clergy. We have ongoing links with all the local schools who participate in Nativity and Easter scene competitions, prayer and essay competitions. We support local and national charities – HCPT, Comboni Missions, Mary’s Meals, Thames Hospice, Burma Orphanage and more.

We are committed to looking after our members’ widows. We meet at local venues on the first Monday of each month at around mid-day. We go out to lunch locally, monthly, with our wives or relatives.
